Service Booking and Cancellation
Deposit and Payment Terms
A deposit is required to schedule waterproofing or crack injection services. This deposit covers initial assessment, materials, and labor planning.
Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling and material procurement have begun. However, in cases of significant personal emergencies, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you experience extenuating circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Before Work Begins:
If you cancel your service before our team arrives on-site, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
After Work Has Started: Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued, as labor and materials have already been allocated to your project.
Service Performance and Warranty
Quality Assurance
We take pride in our work and follow industry best practices to ensure effective waterproofing and crack repair.
If you experience issues related to our work, we offer a warranty period (as outlined in your service agreement) during which we will assess and address any qualifying defects.
Defective Workmanship or Materials
If you believe our work was not performed correctly or materials were defective, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of service completion.
All claims must include photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue.
If verified, we will provide the necessary repairs at no additional cost within the warranty period.
Modifications and Adjustments
Project Adjustments:
If you request changes to the scope of work after the project has begun, additional charges may apply based on material and labor costs.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your service, please notify us at least 3 business days in advance to avoid rescheduling fees.
Communication and Support
We believe in transparent communication and will keep you informed throughout the process. If unexpected delays or changes occur, we will notify you promptly.
