We finally got around to organizing our basement this past weekend and after moving some boxes we noticed a crack and water damage around the area. Looking at possible solutions we came across Dryshield and after speaking with John we are really glad we did. The price to fix the crack was very attractive and the crack injection solution sounded exactly what we wanted. Luke the technician who fixed the crack was a total professional. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. He explained the process to fix the crack and invited us to watch at the beginning of each step to give us an idea of how the crack is being fixed. It truly was a positive experience and gave us the confidence the crack was fixed properly. By understanding the process we understood why they could offer a lifetime warranty.
